I bought Original Sony Xperia Z2 in June this year, After 2 weeks of usage My screen started to flicker then gone! The system working as usual but only the back light problem. Emailed Sony then again as standard procedure to update again and again... as expected not working! and i loose all my contact, pictures and my patient's appointment. When i sent to Sony Service center he also agree with with that it is SONY FAULTY PHONE! and they takes 2 weeks to repair!!! The report also claimed of backlight problem and faulty phone. Luckyly I have spare Samsung Note II in my hand.... then again within 2 weeks post repair, The phone had problem again! Now with ghosting touch screen, Seems like many fingers touching my phone in the same time... The phone even call any contact number in the phone... What is this SONY???? You keep makes me hate your product, I had your Bravia TV, I had your Playstation, I had your tablet.... but the more product i bought from you making me more disappointed with the BRAND SONY. I won't try to reformat my phone as wasting my time and my DATA, 1.2Gb of downloading for nothing... I will send to SONY Center and again, I might consider lawsuit if this problem still persist...
