Display Delay on My Xperia Z3

 Dear Sony,

I am experiencing display delay on my Xperia Z3 after I updated it to Marshmallow.

When I turned on the phone or unlock my phone, the screen got white line/area and or delayed display for about 1 minute or so. After 1 minute or so, my Xperia display is doing fine. But its really bother me because I need to wait 1 minute or so before I could use my Xperia on normal condition.

These are some picture of my Xperia Z3 taken by my Sony Live With Walkman.

It's not to clear, but you can see the clock is still there (delay and overlaping) eventhough I already go into apps screen.

The strange thing here is when I took screenshots when my Xperia in that condition, the result is fine with no overlaping or white lines.

Could you please help me with this problem?
Is it because low free space in my internal storage (I have about 2.7 GB more free space)? Or is it because another problems?

I tried to uninstall some off my apps, like facebook, games, and disable some app that I don't need. But it doesn't fix the problem.
I also notice that my RAM usage is about 1.5 GB out of 3GB. So, I don't think lack of RAM is the problems.

Sorry if my english is not too good to describe it.

Thank you very much for your help.

Regards,

Nathan

I think that's a hardware issue, you could repair the phone with PCC or XC or Bridge but you might have to contact your Local support

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Xperia Companion (XC)

Software Repair Guide

@uliwooly is repairing through PCC or XC the same as factory reset? If it the same, then I'll try factory reset first..

Dear @uliwooly,

I tried to repair my z3 through Xperia companions, but the problem is still there. I tried factory reset to, but it is still there. I really think that the problem is really my hardware (my lcd perhaps).

If it really is, then I have no choice but to live with it because my warranty is over last month.
