Disappointed with camera performance

3 days ago I bought a sony xperia dual C4 and I am not satisfied there is very poor rear camera and video when recording a rotten

can you give more details as to what you are experiencing with the camera. or better yet upload pictures heres so we can see if there are problems with the images

I recently bought a Sony Xperia C4 Dual, I am satisfied with the front camera but Im dissapointed with the rear camera because it has a very poor quality, even my Huawei Ascend G525 does a better job with its 5MP camera. I cant even take a picture of a document on a screen with close range . R8000 down the drain.

you should find the proper distance when taking macro shots, it is not "the closer the better" there is a certain distance the camera can focus, try to move it a little bit away. and use the macros shot scene in the manual mode

Video camera in low light is poor, not 30 FPS and the battery is charging 4 hours .... I plan to come back ... because sony has no plans to fix this and will never buy sony have factory defects
