Dial pad, Screen lock and Touch sounds

Hi. I don't know if the problem is with my phone but I have noticed something. When it comes to these things, I can't barely hear the sound even to the max volume. Anyone have the same problem? Thanks!

try setting>apps>all>smart connect clear cahce and data ,force stop and reboot phone

also to this for setting>apps>all>sound enchantment

Hi im also facing the same problem in my xperia sp.The lock sound and dial pad touch tones are too low to be heard.I am waiting for the release of the latest update from sony so that the bug can be fixed.Thanks.
