device memory on xperia V

i have about 2 gb of internal memory free butwhen i want to install an app or update an app it says storage full can someone help me?

Go to settings-apps-all,do you see phone memory,internal and all?

Now it Says 236mb of free storage but when i connect it to my pc it says 2gb but even with 236mb i cant even download apps

Your PC might not calculate the memory correctly.Go to your device settings-apps-all-media storage,force stop and clear data.Restart.
