Dead motherboard?

I took the risk in changing the broken glass panel with the damaged LCD and a few other things and everything was going well, I ran the service menu test before sealing it and everything was Ok except the NFC because it didn't have the back panel.

I left it on the table while I reached for the sticker to close it but I dropped the phone into the ground and all the pieces flew away, after that, the LED flashes red 3 times (battery was 72% after the test). The LED hasn't changed from red after 2 hours of charging. And there isn't any visual damage.

Looking and applying solutions online, here are the resulting behaviours to everything I found (plugged to the factory cable and wall charger):

- Connecting to my laptop makes the typical device connected sound but nothing shows on Device Manager and PC Compaion doesn't recognize it

- Flashtool recognize it with the log line: Device connected with USB debugging off

- The red off switch feedbacks 3 vibrations while plugged, nothing while unplugged

- The red off switch + Power Button feedbacks 3 vibrations while unplugged

- Volume up + Power Button doesn't do anything while unplugged

- Volume up + Power Button feedbacks 3 vibrations while plugged

- Power On while plugged doesn't do anything

- Power On while unplugged gives 3 red flashes

- Plugging the phone gives 2 red flashes

I think the phone is practically dead so the true purpouse of my post is to know if I can call Sony Service or Xperia Care (I live in Mexico) to change the motherboard or the parts that were damaged in the fall (I don't care if they charge me) after I left my phone looking like this:

Thanks.

You can certainly try http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/ but you really would need to speak to them as each country may have different conditions and as we are a user support forum we can't give any definate answers
