I'm experiencing data problems. The phone stops working over internet, but the WiFi and data carrier are still connected. So I disable the WiFi or data and reenable it and continue working. It's a random problem. Not sure when it exactly happens.

Do you experience this for all Internet access or only in certains apps?
When the problem appears, all aplications stopped working. The WiFi icon or 3G icon keeps on, in white. But network doesn't seems to respond until disconnect and reconnect or turn off / turn on the phone. Then all starts to work again.
Well that sounds quite strange. I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

If the behavior still persists, I would advice you to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
