5 months ago I fell with my tablet in my bag, shattering the glass on my tablet. A sad situation but one I though would be asy to resolve as the LCD was working. Sadly this has not been the case. As my device is WiFi only it seems that non of the serial numbers on the box will allow it to be registered on the sony support section. 4 times I have emailed asking for support to be told I have contacted the wrong department, most likely as I seem to be routed through to computer support (Iguess lenovo). Quite frankly I'm fed up I spent close to £400 on a tablet that now cant be used because of poor support. If Sony cant repair or replace the tablet surely it should not be offered for sale. I should also add I have tried local vendors who are uanble to fix this either.

Have you also tried contacting your local Sony Xperia support? They are the ones that should help you.
