Contacts Backup and Restore

Before a repair on my phone, I made a back-up with PC Companion.

After the repair, the back-up was restored. The contacts where not restored properly all phone numbers aren't shown in ths contact section of the sony PC Companion software. The software indicates that it cannot update the contacts of the phone. 

How can this be solved?

Hello,

I tried to backup my phone's data via Sony pc companion but it says we sorry we couldn't backup this device, because of your phones memory is encrypted..

Please help me how can i solve this problem?

You have to remove encryption to be able to backup.
