My name is Sourab Gupta. My sister had purchased a sony xperia T2 and since then she is facing problems with the phone.

Problem description:
The phone restarts by itself even when no activity is occuring. Sometimes it goes into a continuous restart loop after every 5 min or so. This renders it practically unusable when it is in this state.
Since then she has been facing a lot of problems with the phone. To get these rectified she visited the Sony service center in Gandhinagar, Jammu.
But I'm sorry to say that your service center's behaviour is really intolerable.
She had to face lot of inconvenience and innumerable hassles in dealing with the staff employed at service center.
1) First of all they were not ready to admit that there is something wrong with the phone. It took innumerable visits and continuous convincing in order to make them admit the same.
2) During the last visit on 1st August, the service center staff has kept the phone with them for 5 days, informing that they will try to change the parts and repair the phone. In this regard, should I deem necessary to humbly remind you of the inconvenience it causes to your customer on loss of phone for so many number of days, not to mention the mental torture it causes because of frequent visits to the service station.
I preferred Sony Ericsson because I thought, It's an elite brand. But the service record of Sony is too much dissapointing here.
Her cell is very much under warranty period and the service center refused to service my phone.
In this context, nothing less than a full replacement with a new handset would do to alleviate this issue. Otherwise your big brand name is going for a dive.
Please help me resolve the problem as early as possible
