Cleaning Xperia XA without breaking it

I've tried removing these little dots of crusty dirt at the back of my phone but I ended up scratching it and making it worse.

Have any tools and ideas to clean it better?

what did you use to clean it?

try a moistened lint free cloth (like the ones found on eyewears), or a non alcoholic  wet wipes

Cotton swabs and alcohol. Apparently I pushed too hard.

I used google. It's really not effective to everything.
