charging voltage limits

but the output is 5.3v.

Is there a problem short or long term or will the phone block the voltage to 5v?

I would not recommend that you use a third party charger/power bank since it may harm your device. If you are looking for a power supply, I suggest our CP-F1LAM:

Don't use a voltage that outstands 5.0 V,it might damage the motherboard directly.
