Charger

Mon téléphone étant déchargé j'ai alors voulu le mettre en charge malheureusement celui ci ne charge pas et la Led ne devient pas rouge. Ensuite j'ai essayé de le charger grâce au câble USB mais l'ordinateur ne l'a pas reconnu
Que faire ? J'en ai vraiment besoin !!

Right so
My phone is discharged then I wanted to put in charge unfortunately that does not charge and the LED does not turn red. Then I tried to charge it using the USB cable but my computer does not recognize. Help me and thank you in advance

Have you tried a different USB cable - If you have then your only options are to return it to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
