Can't swipe nor scroll down for notification

I don"t know why my z5 premium can't  access or use the scroll down for notification and the center and right tab of my phone. I used always the back icon. please Give me some advice how to fix this. thx

Try to boot your phone on #safemode
Does it work?

Try to run xperia diagnostics and see that you can access every part if your display.

Try to perform a software repair using xperia companion

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with your phone.

When did this start to happen? Was it after you updated your phone or when you installed an application?

Are you able to scroll down the notification and quick settings menu and access the home / task buttons after you tried @nolramlb suggestions?

Do you have a screen protector on your phone? If you do, please try and remove it and see if the touch screen is working in these areas again.

There is also another test that you can run to see if the touch screen is working correctly in these places, and its located in the service menu of your phone.

To access the service menu open up your Phone application > type in *#*#7378423#*#*, you should now the service menu. Tap on "Service tests" > Touch > Free drawing test. Are you able to draw on the screen with your finger in the top and bottom parts of your screen?

If you weren't able to draw in certain places on your screen I'd recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
