border around screen can't remove

There is a blue border around the outside of my screen and I can't figure out how to get it off. I have the z1s

Settings > Developer Options > Strick Mode - Turn OFF.

Hi, I also have this blue border around my phone all of a sudden and can't figure out how to get rid of it. I own a Samsung S3 so if anyone can help pls help.

Try going to Settings -> Accessibility -> Magnification gestures, disable it id it's enabled.
