Best Brand Backup

Very good day!
In the most cordial way I am writing to you to present my deepest complaint, as I am a fervent follower of the SONY brand, practically all my appliances, equipment and devices are SONY, and in the part of cellular (mobile phones) I use equipment Since when they had the alliance Sony-Ericson, I have gone through various devices and now with Sony Xperia several references, Z1, Z3 and Z5 but unfortunately the technical service they have is terrible in my country Colombia, how is it possible that there is only A single company for these references?.This company does not allow contact with the consumer, it is only done by telephone and by home and with exorbitant prices; For example, for just the plastic protector of the corners, they charge $ 650,000 COP. plus taxes, that is $ 754,000 COP, about USD$ 250 ???? This is a consumer abuse !!
On the other hand the updates of the Android operating system, come very late, we are practically behind in one or two updates, when will we be updated with the latest update globally; what's up??
The lucky ones we have Lollipop 5.1.1 but WHEN does the Marshmallow update happen? Not to mention Nougat ...
Sirs SONY, please do not neglect your faithful followers so much, this creates a discomfort in the consumer and a poor positioning !!!
I am speaking on behalf of many consumers of the brand, PLEASE, DO THE CORRECTIVE NECESSARY AND DO NOT DISASSEMBLE !!

I'm sorry to hear about your issues, but this is a global user based forum, as for the corners replacement parts, they will have to disassemble your device in order to replace them, then they have to replace the double sided tape and make sure that it's waterproof, I don't know if it's a Sony Xperia repair center of it's a third party, only your Local support can give you more info regarding this.

If my phone wasn't covered by warranty any longer I would repair it myself, but that's just my opinion.

As for android updates, if your phone is or was locked to a carrier, you will have to wait until they approve and release the update

OR

you can manually update the phone with flashtool/Xperifirm
