Battery is draining fast

Hello,

I bought my Z3 Compact last October 2014. Recently, I've noticed that my battery is draining very fast. In stamina mode, the estimated battery time is 16 hours. Last week, my battery can last up to one whole day. Now, I can only use my phone for 8-10 hourse before it gets to 20%.

Please help.

Have you tried checking the Battery usage section, this will tell you what is using the battery so much? if possible can you supply a screenshot of the battery usage info?

That's normal if you keep the screen on for hours, if you leave wifi on and or if you allow certain apps to work even while stamina mode its on, and those apps require data or WiFi

I reset my phone. I think it's the applications that I downloaded that bugged the phone.

Hi my z3 has developed a serious battery draining issue.

from full charge to zero can be anything from 2 hrs to 30 mins. there are no aps etc running, i have stamina mode on and screen is reduced and goes off as quick as possible.

when looking at power management it is showing that that ANDROID OS is using up the majority of the batery.

i know there are issues with this model with updated OS's but surely this is something more than that.

without a phone of reliability it is worthless and nothing more than an expensive paperweight.

can you please advise a best cause of action?
