Battery drain

Hi

I upgraded my phone to 14.6.A.1.236 last December. I really had some serious problem with battery drain. But Sony still didn't fixed it. The first lollipop update when Sony released last year it was really good. No battery drain. But after that other updates have so many bugs. Please Sony fix the battery drain issue. I have done all the pcc repair and all. But this one not fix. Last week I took pictures under water. My battery was 38% that time. I used only 3 minutes for photos. Suddenly I got the message my battery is 15% and after few seconds 8%. This thing happens after this update. Please check the bug. Any admin here please forward this one to developers.

Charge your phone normally to 100% and use it as you do everyday, when it reaches around 15% go to Settings -> Power management -> Battery usage and take a screenshot, tap on the graph and take another screenshot. Post these screenshots here so we can figure out what's consuming your battery.

Note that it might be a physical problem, Z1 is more that 2 years old and it might be your batter reaching it's lifetime.

I don think it's a software problem. I changed my battery all running well after that.

Same problem... After both reset same problem...

Of course the problem appeared after upgrading to 5.1

As you can see your WiFi its on all the time and you probably have play store auto update?

WiFi, GPS, data, etc. has been working for 16 months without switching off, so I see no problem with that. The problem is that the cell phone with 50% of the battery is turned off ...

I've had a similar issue over the past few weeks. My phone has been holding charge fine and then when it gets to about 50% the charge suddenly drops off. 

I've done a Sony PC companion software fix and software reload....

Any help appreciated.

where did you get battery from.
