bad network signal quality

anyome have problem with signal ??

i cant receive more than two lines in signal stranght outdoor and indoor i cant receive any line , can anyone help.

it is software or hardware problem

when i do automatic search for signal i can see the network provider, i get a 3g signal and lte signal and 2 g. in 3g i can connect to network normallynbutbi get two lines in network, i cant connect to 2g network. in 2 g network i cant receive anybline in signal. it is a software problem or hardware. please help?

Is this issue specific to using the handset in any particular region, for example do you ever see full bars?

yes last week i sae full bar and i have other xperia z2 i have full bar signal, a factory reset can help??

Before looking at restting the device, can you please try the SIM from the other Xperia in the one with the problem?

In this case it would be worth trying a software repair to at least rule out a software problem:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
6. Continue
7. Accept data removal
8. Next
9. Wait for prepare
10. Select Phone
11. Follow the connection steps

dear, i try to reflash my phone via flashtool, i unwipe data and cache and app logs, now gsm working fine but the 3g i get 2 bars in signal. i have another z2 i got full signal. i will try this night to repaire via pc companion. 10x
