Audio/Video problems

Anyone else unable to play videos stored on the SD card?

The internal memory  is a very poor 11Gb and already half full with a few apps!

Certain audio files too (MP3) seem to make the Z2 struggle...

Phone just skips across and cant play altogether.

SOme of the most common video formats such as AVI or Mpgs wont play.

After I take the file from the phone SD to re-use in an old phone-the files are corrupt.

Using Android4.4.2 build 17.1.1A.0.402 model D6503

Are all these stored on your microSD?

If any media files you put on the SD card are becoming corrupt I would advise copying them to somewhere such as a PC and them formatting/erasing the SD card before adding any further content to it.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

Yes all files were placed on my SD card, as not enough space on the internal.
