Apps not working after the update

HI

After the last update (26.1.A.3.111), some of my apps have stopped working and google won't sync, apps like snapchat, google playstore, clash of clans and maps arent working, but some are like chrome and whatsapp. I seen things like making sure the time and date are correct which they are. Also I tried deleting my google account and sign in again but it won't let me sign out.

Do you have enough free internal storage? do you get an error?

No errors, I have 0.89gb free

what happen when you open such apps? 

have you restarted the phone? 

have you moved the apps to the SD card?

Chrome is on the phone memory but is working fine, and I have other apps like the subway app which is on my sd card and works fine,

Snapchat will open and but it won't connect to the internet, but clash of clans will just turn to a black screen and not load, playstore will never load it just stays as a white screen, google maps will open and I can move around however it is just a grey screen because it can't download the maps for some reason, the google news app which should update has stayed on the same headlines since I updated it

 i have turned the phone on and off but I havent tried a factory reset yet

Do you have any antivirus, taskiller apps? have you restricted the apps in any way?

None that I am aware of

Check if you experience the same while on >>> safe mode, safe mode will disable third party apps.
