Alarm suddenly turn on

Suddenly automatically turn on the alarm although no alarms set

Same happening to me. Showing random alarm times on my lockscreen but luckily don't go off and the set alarms ring at the right time. It's just really annoying.

try to clear clock data, go to settings>apps>clock, clear data, restart your device

if this problem continues try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

I tried the clear and restart and after the restart the alarm initially does not show, but after a couple of minutes it is back.  It is totally daft.  It is at a time I would never set an alarm and does not show in the history of alarms (which are disabled, and I have tried clearing them all) How does this suddenly happen? 

Why is it that the solution to everything is to repair the phone.  Which then involves restoring all the data from backup, all the apps reinstalling, and then having to revalidate my Banking apps.  So glad I am due an upgrade, and it won't be a Sony......
