360 view inverted

For some unknown reason, any 360 view videos or photos always rotate in the opposite direction!
If I try looking up, it rotates down; if I try looking to the right, it rotates left.

can you run the diagnostics to see if your accelerometer and gyroscope are working fine?

try to clear camera app data

settings>camera>clear data

does it happen in safe mode?
