Wont change to Arabic

Hi there,

I have given this phone to my family member, and I want to change the whole phone default to Arabic, the language is there but it just wont click? Is there any way to fix this?

In order to change the device language on your Xperia XA1 ultra, please follow the steps below.

1. Find and tap Settings > System > Languages & input > Language.
2. Tap the plus sign + and select a language.
3. Drag the language you just added to position 1. 

After this, the device language changes. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to return!
