Buen día, no funciona mi cámara principal, seleccionó el icono para cambiar y solo se queda en la frontal, lo presionó y solo se cambia la resolución, busco hacer la prueba y me marca que no esta disponible, al igual que el flash o la lampara no me deja usarlos

So if I understand you correctly, the camera test in the support app cannot access the main camera and therefore fails? Please correct me if I have misinterpreted your text.
Firstly i would suggest that you try clearing data for the camera app in order to reset all settings for the camera app. In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Apps and notifications > App-info/Show all XX apps > Camera > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone. Your previously taken photos will not be affected by this measure.
Another good idea is to try to reboot your phone in safe mode and see if the main camera works while in safe mode. All apps downloaded from play store is temporarily disabled while in safe mode and by doing this you can see whether this is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.
If none of these measures manages to improve the functionality of the main camera I suggest that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. Please note though that a software repair will erase all user data, so remember to do a backup of your user data first in order to prevent data loss.

Martin I too have the same problem with the camera as well as the flashlight after the last update came out. The only way I was able to get the camera and flashlight both to work was to do a factory reset. The only problem is as soon as you reload the software update the rear camera and flashlight again quit working. When I try contacting the third party for assistance it won't let me get past the model number to submit my issue. Is there a patch coming out to fix this? I have had my phone for about two years and have loved it up to this point now just getting frustrated.

The fact that you tried a factory reset is great and all, however, I would suggest that you try to repair the software using Xperia Companion and a computer instead. The measures may seem very similar, but the factory reset will only erase user data from the device while a software repair will not only erase the user data but also replace the current software on the phone with a new one.
Do note though that a software repair will erase all user data from the device, so if you have any user data on the phone such as images, contacts, messages etc. it is crucial to do a backup before the repair in order to prevent data loss.
