My camera app is not working

Greeting, 

I did a system update recently, and since that day my camera app is not wotking,the camera is working perfectly on other apps, I did sony camera test no problem there, I already tried other solutions like reboot, safemode, clear cauch, clear data nothing worked.

Hi @-yasmine, sorry to hear about this.

If none of the troubleshooting measures that you mentioned in your post has managed to improve the functionality of the camera app, I would suggest that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. Please note though that a software repair will erase all user data, so remember to do a backup of your user data first. 

If the camera app still do not work after the software repair, The best thing to do is to get in contact with your local support team in order to have the phone sent to an authorized service center. If you have any questions regarding the service such as service routines, warranty and consumer laws, these kind of questions are best answered by your local support team as well.
