No sound on phone and voice messages

Hallo, wie kann ich das Problem beheben? Wenn mir jemand eine Sprachnachricht schickt muss ich etwas warten bis die anfängt abzuspielen und dann kann ich nicht hören was ich da bekomme. Beim Telefon klingelt es nicht mehr, kann auch nicht telefonieren weil Signal von der Verbindung nicht höre und auch nicht den Teilnehmer hören kann. 🤔 Bitte um Hilfe. Habe ich 💡 evtl die Funktion - beim testen Gruppe stumm 🔕 schalten - außer Betrieb gesetzt??

Hello, how can I fix the problem? If someone sends me a voice message, I have to wait a little until it starts to play and then I can't hear what I'm getting there. Have I 💡 possibly the function - during test group mute - - disabled?
