My WI-C400 headphones have stopped working, just over 12 months old, however I am unable to charge it tried a different chargers, red light come on for a short period, then went off. Not come on since. Has anyone got any advice? To be fair to Sony, I have yet tried to contact them, so that will be my next option, although mindful it’s just over the 12 month warranty period! ☹️
Try resetting them as mentioned in the Help Guide then follow the initialization mentioned in the same link. If both don't work, then contact Sony directly in case they can offer any additional insight into this.
