WH1000-XM3 can't charge

My new headphones won't charge. When I connect the USB cable to an AC adapter, the red light goes on for one minute and then goes out. When I check my battery level, it is 0%. I already did a factory reset (NC/ambient + on button for 7 seconds) but that didn't solve the problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello @Sigrid-p,

did you try another cable or another AC-adapter?

If that doesn't help, I suspect the headphones charging port or the battery is broken.

Yes, I did a full crosstest. So I tried a different cable and a different adapter, with the same result. Both cables were also able to charge my phone. The problem lies really within the headphone. I'm quite disappointed since it's supposed to be Sony's new flagship headphone...
