When using the headphones with a cable whilst powered on a loud hissing noise occurs despite the cable not being plugged in at the other end. Note that there is no noticeable noise when using the cable with headphones turned off or when using Bluetooth. This has occurred from day one (2nd January). I am wondering if this is normal as it would be nice to use noise-cancelling without Bluetooth.
