I have the bluetooth headset wf-1000xm3 for almost one year. I have downloaded all the firmware possible (the v 3.0), followed all the suggestions but still not able to pair my sony headset with my surface pro 7 (windows 10). Device does not recognise at all the sony headset (though it perfectly recognise other bluetooth headset supposedly of lower quality vs sony like the urbanista) is there anyone still with this problem?
