Sony WH-1000XM4 Adjustment Sliders

Hi,

I've had my WH-1000XM4's for about 4 months now and I find the headband adjustment sliders to be really crunchy/grating/rough - really not a nice experience for £350 headphones.

I noticed it when they first arrived, but I thought that it was just because they were new and might loosen up - they haven't, and have got worse. It's very difficult to set the headband into position, and making the adjustment feels horrible and will skip positions.

Does anybody else have this issue?

I haven't seen this issue before, but I'd honestly recommend checking at the store just to be sure you don't have a faulty one and avoid adjusting it until then to avoid damage.
