do they have a serious design flaw! They won’t stay in your ears! Sony claims they have this design tried and tested! Yet still feel the need to go to the lengths has to make a video how to wear them! 

Think this alone suggests they know they have a problem! No other manufacturers make videos on how to wear in ear earphones!

search these headphones and there are plenty of people staying they won’t stay in there ears!

what’s the point in have great performance if they can’t do the one fundamental thing needed for all in ear earphone. Rule number one! Make sure they stay in the ear or everything else is pointless!

sony seem to think it acceptable that their products don’t need to do the basics just has long as they sound good!

I think they made the video after people reported such issues which is alright I guess. Some users found it better to get memory foam tips as a solution.

Of course they did, but did they seek a solution for the problem! No they didn’t they made out that people are stupid and needed a video to show them how to wear them! Did it work no it didn’t! These earphones aren’t exactly cheap. Why should anyone have to go out and purchase something else so they can use them without the fear of them falling out?
