I havve had my NWZ-A15 walkman for a while, but suddenly when I try and play any music I just get silence. I can hear the beeps then I push buttons still, so the problem is just with music, not all sounds, so that rules out faulty headphones etc. I have checked volume settings, reset it, even done a full factory reset and still having the same problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? A music player which doesn't play music is a bit pointless!
