I have owned the MDR-XB950B1 for nearly a year and recently one side of the hangar holding the left ear cup to the headband has snapped and the same is beginning to happen to the right. Has anyone paid to get this issue fixed and if so could you provide the cost of this? I've tried contacting customer service but so far have gotten nowhere.
