Earbuds Upgrade

Recently purchased WF-1000XM3 earbuds.  Going great so far except I've received a notification marked by a 1 on my headphone app on my iPhone but can't see what it's asking me to do.  Plus, it doesn't disappear when I click on it with my earbuds activated.  Can anyone help (appreciate this is a pretty basic query)?

Hello @D-a-v-i-d,

as far as I am concerned, the update was pulled back because it caused issues on some units (at least that is what I read on reddit).

It may not be possible to install it currently.
