Windows 7 Upgrade Page - URL wanted

I've tried asking Sony so-called Customer Support this simple question for times now and not got anywhere, will see if anyone here is clued up enough to deal with it.

Where is the pre-registration page for the free Windows 7 upgrade? I bought a new laptop last week from the Sony Centre and they said it would be online. I just need a URL - so far responses have ranged from 'We don't support Windows 7' to 'Its on Club VAIO' followed by silence.
