webcam not workin

ive recently bought a sony vaio VGN-NS20E and the webcam wont work on msn, wondered if sum1 cud help........... ps im a wee bit blonde when it comes 2 this stuff so go easy lol

Try updating your McAfee Internet Security software and see if this helps. It is a known fault which has been fixed in the latest software.
