VPCF13M8E problem

Hi, i have a vaio VPCF13M8E, when i try and burn a dvd i get make sure you have the latest firmware installed on your Device? also everytime i see the files to burn theres a setting file there on files to be burn,and sometimes TRACK00 there aswell? i hope you understand my problem sorry i am not that good on a PC. Thanks  it also says my window media is currupt? how do i reistall? thanks

It seems nobody here has had this same problem.

Are you using the original Sony Operating System and have all Microsoft and Vaio updates been installed?

If so, all I can suggest is that you speak to Vaio Support to see if they have a solution.

Hi, thanks for the reply, yes windows 7 and vaio updates are all upto date?
