VGN-FW31J Windows 7 - no battery care function

Hi!
My win vista stopped working, so I decided to install the Win7RC (64 bit).
Before the vista crash, the battery care function was turned on, but when I installed the vaio control center, at the power management part I can't see the battery care function, so now I can't charge my battery over 80%
Is there any solution, or is this issue due to a driver compatibility with Win7?

One way is to flash your bios, of course it is not neat, and the battery care function will not work anyway, but at least you will have a charge to 100%.
