If you have formatted the hidden recovery partition and pressing F10 does not start the recovery process and you did not create a set of recovery discs using the Vaio Recovery Tool, then unfotunately if you wish to install all the supplied applications then you will have to contact Vaio-Link to purchase a set of recovery disc's (approximately £55)
