Hello alltogether,
I want to upgrade my memory with one 1024 MB module. Is this possible or it is better to upgrade it with two 512 MB modules?

In the manual is the max of ram of 1 GB. Is it possible to expand it to 2 GB, with two 1024 MB modules?

Your model has a maximum memory of 2048MB (despite what the Sony specification states). You have 2 banks of 1, which means that the modules do not have to be paired. So in answer to your question yes you can fit a single 1024MM module or you could upgrade to 2 x 1024MB modules.
