I purchased my VAIO SVE1511E4E that had Windows 7 preinstalled. I have recently updated to Windows 8 and sometimes after I have booted up my machine the mouse either freezes on the Start screen or isn't visible at all. Ok I am not technically minded but have had a look at the Windows 8 driver updates on my machines support page and tried to download the driver for the touchpad but once i have downloaded it is says "this application is not compatible".
Please help!
