Hello all
I have a Vaio NS20ZS bought last month. One reason for going for a laptop was the easy connection to another screen to extend the desktop and be able to work on docs simultaneously.
I have connected a Samsung 17” monitor and extended the desktop. All is ok for a while then the machine blue screens and reboots. It does this at least once a day.
I have followed the Sony instructions and disabled all sleep modes so that the machine does not sleep or hibernate. I have followed all of the recovery recommendations, updated windows drivers and done all of the Sony updates too.
The machine now shows no outstanding updates necessary but the problem is still there.
Its not a screen saver issue because it happened this morning while I was sending an email so the screen saver was far from kicking in.
The Video card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3430
Any ideas??
