upgrading RAM on my VGC-m1

i understand i can double my RAM from 512 to 1024 on my sony VGC-m1. where is the best place to obtain the correct memory module . are all memory modules the same or are they specific to different computers. sorry for being a little ignorant on this issue and i would appreciate any help.thanks

Depending on the Vaio model the RAM modules vary...
Crucial.com is a popular supplier of RAM, however as they do not seem to list your model, it may be easier to contact them for the correct memory type...:smileyhappy:
