Updated Pocket Vaio address book program

I've finally finished this next version. -It now has support for skins, and includes Elkingti's fabulous skin.

It is available here

I've renamed it the Vaio Adress Book Creator, because Vaio ABC sounds cool.

I'm sorry for the annoying message displayed for EACH vCard added. I was originally thinking people would have one file containing all their cards, but that's a bit stupid. I will take it off and just display a summary next time I get a chance.

(very brief) Instructions for creating your own skins are included in readmefirst.html... I'd suggest using the included one as a guide.

As before, any bugs just yell at me

Would people like VaioABC to include a standalone VCard editor? Or are they happy with using the ones within email Clients, etc?

Anyone got any ideas for future features/updates too? :smileygrin:

Just checking that you know you can use my program to use your PV as an address book AT THE MOMENT, using contacts from any (okay, almost any) email program?

What can i say?

I am very proud that Club VAIO is the place where people meet that are capable and ingenious enough to accomplish such things. I have not yet looked at this myself but the mere sound of it impresses me a lot.

Just loaded your programme and Thanks, its Fantastic & more to the point useful!

One pint though, unless the address is down in Outlook as a Home address it does not show up on the JPG, might be worth adding a note for other users in your readme file.

glad you like it. At the moment I've got a couple of pending updates. These are:

-> Removing annoying confirmation window for each vCard file in a big collection

-> Add a "x of n" label at the bottom to help navigation (I THINK this will help... I guess it's important to put it on the left side so you can see it while the picture menu is up)

-> Adding support for multiple everything (phone numbers, emails, addresses) as you've suggested

Am quite optimistic I will find time this week, but you never know
