System Recovery

I bought my Sony Vio PCG-K215M one and a half year back, I dont remember whether any recovery disc was included,(probably not, but i am not sure), now i want to recover my system to original state, but i dont have any RECOVERY CD,
on my computer, there is no such option as ``recovery ``on the vio programme group.I can only find individual drivers under c:\ drivers and utilities under c:\ utilities which wont recover the system back to its original shape.
is it posssible to get a recovery CD from somewhere or download the recovery software? or any other suggestion?
