Shutting down on my RZ322

I have a Matrox card installed for editing on my desktop which has always had issues whenever I wanted to restart my machine (basically never wanted to restart which didnt bother me). Recently I have had issues within a similar area whenever I turn off my machine it seems to close down, properly logging off and the screen goes blank etc but my computer will still be running and I have to turn it off by holding in the main button on the desktop. Does anyone have a clue why this would happen? or whether there is anything I can do about it?

its best to ask the rt2500 forum then it will be answered fast the support at matrox are the best support on the web i think i wont comment on matrox cards only the two i have as they are very tech piece's of equipment and have to be set up in certain ways or they cause problems as you well know

i have the rtx 100 and it doesnt support hibernation and cause's the system to refuse to shut down or do anything of the similar

your card might be the same in some way, when you installed it you set your computer out exactly how they told you to as one single little error and it will cause a lot of problems so they say,

go to there forums thats the best bet

kind regards ben
