Remove the hard disk from Sony Vaio PCG-Z1M

I want to remove the hard disk from the a.m. notebook
The European support doesn't give any info on how to do it
I searched the web with Google but I didn't find any answer
My last hope is the forum...

I'm not alone...

I removed 13 screws from the Vaio , three of them hidden behind some plastic
Then I tried to force to open but it didn't work, so I closed again
