REALLY SERIOUS PCG-K215B PROBLEM WITH RECOVERY

pls can any one help how can get a recovery cd for my pcg-k215b with win xp in german i cant access my hard disk ,i lost all the date on it .... really bad i really need help
when i switch my note no operating appears on screen ,how can i solve this problem can anybody help me:smileyconfused: :smileypraying::smileypraying:

Sony support should be able to sell you another recovery disk if you have lost the old one. Ring the number for your country and try.
